The Walmart in Milledgeville, Georgia has the WORST customer service manager I have ever encountered. I have been a faithful customer at Wal-mart for as long as I can remember. I had already been hesitant to buy from Wal-Mart, and now I know why. Please help I shop Walmart all the time. its a nightmare. Of life. I was checking to find out what Wal-Mart's return policy was. I also asked if they could look up the receipt and told no no no. Long story short, TracFone sent me back to Walmart to tell them to activate it for me, and Walmart still refused. What a joke. Now they won't exchange it. Fitting rooms are closed!! The gentleman comes and he really kindly tells the girl that I could get my refund. Now my kid doesn't have the clothes needed for school. Got home and they didn't fit. when the screen is showing black you can visibly see white lines. Iim not happy their not takeing underwear back never been open I have my resent s and they wont take them their open if they are afried of this viers they could get it from workers or pepole this is so wrong Im very upset over this. Walmart has made money off many Americans during covid-19 and everyone else is taking returns except them and all the other stores was closed they clearly had an advantage now refuse to take returns on clothes this so you will forget about the returns and they won't have to return your money sounds like a scam may be they should be reported to the government, When I bought shirts for my grandson's birthday they DID NOT tell me I could not return them if they didn't fit. I even explained to the associate on the phone that I did have the receipt, but this made no difference to them. I feel sorry for people who work there because you can tell they all (especially the managers) are miserable and that is because they hear complaints that they cannot do anything about.....due to walmart policy. Small and big things. In El Cajon Califofnia, the local Walmart inside the Parkway plaza Mall is a joke.
